Booking of grounds and hall
Grounds Hire
- Horse Events: $10 ground levy per horse or pony Minimum charge of $500 Cancellation fee of $200 if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date.
- Other events:
- Grounds are available for other events ie Horse Training Days, Caravan Club, car rallies, dog shows, etc.

Hall Hire
The Kirwee Community Hall is available for hire for small to large functions.
The facilites are great for wedding dinners & dances, funerals, birthday parties, balls, meetings and much more.
The Hall has multiple areas with a dance floor/hall, stage, bar, kitchen facilities and small meeting rooms. Depending on your requirements you can hire the whole hall or a room.
